Vision and Mission

Pursuant to the provisions of the Public Trustee Ordinance No 1 of 1922 and the Trustee Ordinance No 9 of 1917, efficient and effective execution of professional responsibilities and duties within the legal framework, in trustworthy, impartial and transparent way by The Public Trustee and the Department of Public Trustee of Sri Lanka.

To discharge all power, functions and duties of Public Trustee and the Department of Public Trustee of Sri Lanka within the legal framework in a transparent way, and to provide impartial, efficient and the best service to those who seek such service fully trusting the Department of Public Trustee, in order to gain a high goodwill and a recognition to the Department of Public Trustee of Sri Lanka Nationally as well as Internationally.
